NaNoWriMo is here!

I'm very excited to say that it is officially NaNoWriMo!  So far I am 7,220 words into my novel Yellow.  Now I only have 42,780 words to go.
This is all I've went on about for a couple months to be very honest.   Honestly throughout the month of November I will be posting about my Novel to keep all my readers updated.  Things such as word count, maybe a chapter,  and about the characters.  So far, to admit it I've been writing like crazy.  I have to say I'm a "Planster"  with my writing for NaNoWriMo.  I know where I'm going with all my ideas, but at the same time I'm going in without an idea.  Half of an idea.  It's really hard to explain it.  But I really love NaNoWriMo, this is my second year, and I'm hoping to finish this year with over 50,000 words!  I'll keep it updated throughout November,

Question:  Is anyone participating in NaNoWriMo this year?

Month away

Instagram Source @ writing_inspiration

I for one am very excited for NaNoWriMo.  I did participate last year, and also in Camp NaNoWriMo July 2016.  Last year, however was my first year taking part in NaNoWriMo.

For those of you who may not know what NaNoWriMo is.   NaNoWriMo stands for National Novel Writing Month.  And it happens every November, and the goal is to in the month of November to complete the first draft of your novel!    With a word goal starting at fifty-thousand words.   The website itself set word goals for each day to help you reach the goal by the end of November.
Last year I didn't plot anything (totally okay to do so).  But this year, I've already been working on something for a while, just plotting.  As you might've already read my post Yellow, it is what my novel is for NaNoWriMo 2016.     I've already been writing so much you'd think I already thought it was November, haha.
Anyways, I love to listen to music when I write.  So a little closer towards time for NaNoWriMo I'm going to make A post with my favorite music playlist to write to.  Which is ironically titled "Writing"
I'm going to leave this post here with one of my favorite quotes.
"Heroes are ordinary people who make themselves extraordinary."

Yellow

This here is obviously my most recent project.   Which is in fact for my NaNoWriMo2016, and I'm very excited to share it.  Well I'll share it once I've written all of it.  Now it mostly consists of a few pages, and A LOT of notes!   But here is a sort of sneak peak about Yellow.

"A year to live.  Best friends.  Living to their limits.
Pieces of their story.
Learning how to live with seeing the world as yellow."

The Small Things

  The Small Things.
A Series of Letters, we don't know who the letter's are meant for.  We may not know exactly who Irene is, or the people she talks about.  But we know her story.   Everything comes together with every Letter she writes,
Irene in her letters tell's the story of her life, through A starting point with new friends, love and loss.    And the struggle of everyday issues.     But to Irene, it's The Small Things that matter the most.

"But what I wouldn't bring up is,  John Green books either want to make you want to fall in love.  Want to make you cry.  Or, wait hopelessly for your Augustus or your Alaska.  Either way,  you see my point?  I hope you do, so I don't start talking about metaphors.  Which I'm sorry for if I ever do."  -The Small Things

Long time no blogging! I've missed it very much to be honest.  This summer was pretty busy so I haven't had time to barely sit and even write!   But I've somehow manged to write over 5,000 words of The Small Things.  Which was a huge accomplishment for me.   I haven't been working on any other writing project other than "The Small Things"  Which is in the writing style of  "The Perks of Being A Wallflower" By Stephen Chbosky.   I'm definitely going post one Chapter here of "The Small Things" at some point, that's for sure!  After I finish at least a few more chapters, It will most likely be up on my Wattpad.
Anyways, now I'm going to leave this here.  I'll be Blogging more since I have a little more time!

Wonderful thing isn't it?

Writing, wonderful thing isn't it?  Without it we wouldn't have book's, and some Television shows and many other things.  One of the many many reasons I love to write, is that I can create a world.  Create a world where all is good, or close too.  Of course any world you create will have it's own flaws.  I know that for sure.

"Write until it becomes as natural as breathing.
Write until not writing makes you anxious"
I came across this on Instagram (Check caption for source)   Writing has always been my escape. From everything, and anything.  Music as well.  A question for all who are reading this Blog: Do you listen to music while you write?  I do! It's always helped me with writers block as well, but I  wish it worked all the time.    Personally the best music to help me with writers block is anything by, Ed Sheeran, My Chemical Romance, Teddy Geiger, & Panic! At the Disco.
I'll be honest, Music and writing -with me at least. Always leads to me singing not writing.   Currently I've been working on Forget me not, as I plan to revise it for Camp NaNoWriMo July 2016 as I had missed Camp NaNoWriMo April 2016.  Missed it due to a few things back to back. So hopefully July I can take part in it.   I will be totally honest, I've only finished one book.  It was more of a short story.  At least one I decided to publish on my wattpad. It is no longer up, as I wanted to restart my Wattpad -to take my writing more serious!   If you are interested my Wattpad is @TimeLordGirl  as you can most likely tell, I'm a major Doctor Who fan! If any of my readers are fans, what are your thoughts on the new companion Bill?

Well, I'm going to leave this post here with a quote -as I will usually do from now on!

Hi There!

Hello, I'm Savannah!
And I suppose by the title of this blog, you know what I'll be writing about most of the time.  Yes, I like to write.  Nope, I love to write.   What do I do other than write?  I read.  Simple, I like to read and write.    You can ask me what I'm doing, and honestly the most likely answer will be "I'm Writing! What about you?"    As you can see the photo below,  that is what I tend to sit and do.  I write. And while writing, I listen to some of my favorite music on my Troye Sivan Pandora Radio Station!  It plays really good writing music, hey or even just fun music to sing along to!  I'm being totally honest, I'm listening to that radio station on Pandora as I write this.
I was going to make this a LONG first blog post.  But I thought I'd make this a short post, and make the next a super long post.

Well, so long for now
